1. Who Let the Dogs Out? (And by that, we mean: who can use the site)
We love all humans (and dogs, if they can navigate a keyboard), but to use our website, you’ve got to be at least 18 years old or have a grown-up’s permission. No sneaky pups allowed! 🐾
2. The Nitty Gritty on Orders
When you place an order with us, you’re giving us the go-ahead to start prepping your merch. All our products are hand-screened with care and dog-like dedication. Once an order is placed, payment is due in full. We reserve the right to refuse any order that doesn’t sit right. If we cancel an order, we’ll let you know faster than a dog chasing its tail.
3. Intellectual Paw-per-ty (Intellectual Property)
All the designs, logos, and content on our site are our creative pups’ hard work and are protected by copyright laws. You’re welcome to look, but don’t chew on it (a.k.a. copy, distribute, or use) without our permission. Violating these rules will get you sent to the doghouse!
4. Price Changes – Not a Trick, Just Treats
Prices on our site might change from time to time. We promise to keep you in the loop, but we reserve the right to adjust prices, discounts, and offers without notice. After all, even dogs need to update their tricks!
5. Delivery & Shipping
We’re all about getting your order to you as quickly as possible. However, once your package is handed over to the postie, we’re not responsible for any delays, losses, or damaged goods. But don’t worry, if anything goes wrong, we’ll work with you to set things right – no bone left unturned.
6. Returns & Refunds – Keeping Tails Wagging
Not wagging your tail over your order? If you need to return or exchange an item, bark at us within 24 hours of receiving your goods at info@blackdogink.com.au. We don’t offer refunds on custom designs or items that have been worn. Returned items must be in tip-top condition, as we can’t accept chewed-up merchandise!
7. Paw-some User Conduct
We’re all here to have fun, so play nice. No growling, trolling, or making trouble on our site. If we sniff out any bad behavior, we reserve the right to block access faster than you can say “fetch!”
8. Limitation of Liability – Don’t Bite the Hand That Feeds You
While we work our paws off to make sure everything on our site is accurate and running smoothly, BlackDog Ink isn’t liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that might occur from using our site or products. Keep your eyes peeled and use our site responsibly!
